Hire Our World-Class Training Facility

Clinton spent years building the Downunder Horsemanship Ranch to his exact specifications so that the facility has everything he needs to bring out the best in his horses and the horsemen he teaches. The ranch boasts a 300 foot by 150 foot covered arena, 350 foot diameter round arena, six 50-foot roundpens, an obstacle course with over 30 individual challenges, and miles of manicured dirt tracks, creeks and tree areas. It’s a horse trainer’s paradise, and Clinton invites you to use the facility at your leisure. Haul your horse to the ranch for a day or stay for several days or even months!  No matter which option you choose, you’ll be given a run with a two-sided shelter that includes an automatic waterer and a lockable storage area to stable your horse and keep your tack and equipment secure.

Available Options:

Train at the ranch for a day for $150. If you stay longer than seven nights, you’ll pay only $100 for each additional night or $3,000 per month.

Make the ranch your home away from home and come and go as you please by signing a six-month or yearly contract. With a six-month or yearly contract, you’ll be welcome to stay at the ranch during all of our events, which means you may watch or participate in any clinic free of charge. A six-month contract is $2,500/month, and a yearly contract is $2,000/month.

Learn more about the ranch, its amenities and the options to train at the ranch on our website.
