“ This past weekend, Shana Terry did a 3-day clinic for us and 10 other participants. I know that you hear this all the time, but we still have to let you know. She is great. Having been self-employed for over 34 years ourselves, we can pick out a hard worker in a crowd, and she represents you very well. Don’t you wish you could clone her? I know how many people we’ve gone through over the years, and that was when people still cared a little, now, it seems they don’t care at all. I’d have to break out a dictionary to come up with enough fancy words to describe her, so I’ll keep it simple – just great.

“ Shana, I have been involved with horses for the last 11 years, and this year was the first time I had the chance to see what Downunder Horsemanship is all about. I was introduced to the program at the Walkabout Tour in Redmond, Oregon. I was inspired, amazed and eager to show what I had learned from the clinic to my friends and family. Once I was home and practicing my new skills, I continued to learn more and more about the team involved with the program. I read your story in the program from the tour, it made me cry. You truly are amazing in my eyes. I want to know all about you and your journey, and how you got to be the horsewoman that you are today. I was lucky enough to get to see you perform Sunday morning in Las Vegas. Once seeing you show your magic, I turned to the family behind me and told them that if there was one person within the Downunder Horsemanship team that I wanted to meet and talk to more than anyone else it was you. Then I was able to do just that at the lunch break. I got to talk with you for a few minutes, but I’m not sure if I said thank you for the time that you gave me that day. You have encouraged me to pursue my dreams of working with horses and people. Again, thank you for inspiring and encouraging me to follow my heart, create paths, and learn to fly.
