The November No Worries Club exclusive takes members to the seventh day of the Colt Starting Clinic with Professional Clinician Jeff Davis. Jeff begins the day with a “catching a hard to catch horse” demonstration and then works with the group on the obstacle course for the first time. After the first training session, participants also begin desensitizing their horses to water to get them comfortable with being hosed off. By the end of the day, the colts have received their seventh and eighth rides and have learned the Fundamentals exercise, Follow the Fence. With each ride, the horses are moving out better and getting more relaxed and confident.
